Our bespoke fabrication services include cutting and bending the highest quality materials which allows for a specific and unique structure/material to be formed that is designed to perfectly suit its installation.

Our bespoke fabrication service involves our team manufacturing to your specification and needs, to produce the products you require. We can produce fabrications of any length up to and including 3 metres. We have a range of standard colours and products in stock within our factory, however, if you require something outside of our stock colours we are more than happy to assist.
Some of the bespoke fabrications we can manufacture from our in-house facility include:
- Rainwater downpipes
- Flashings
- Weatherfast composite gutters
- Single skin gutters
- Weatherfast gutter lining systems
- Soakers
- Press brake sheets
The main materials we use are as follows:
- 0.7mm plastisol coated steel
- 0.7mm bright white liner
- 1.2-2mm galvanised steel
- 1-3mm aluminium
Our experienced fabrications team understands that our clients require high quality products with a quick lead time. Our Washington based factory can supply locally across the North East and Yorkshire as well as nationally.
