We are committed to maintaining a very high standard of health and safety, we are externally audited annually and hold a number of Safety Scheme in Procurement (SSiP) accreditations including CHAS, Construction Line and Safe Contractor.

Our in-house Health & Safety Manager ensures that our policies, method statements and risk assessments all comply with current legislation, for the benefit of our employees, clients and the general public. They will conduct regular safety audits and inspections on our sites to continually improve our health and safety performance. Our commitment to provide a working environment free from hazards, for both staff, sub-contractors, and members of the public, is fundamental to our success.
The importance of safety is stressed during induction training with all our staff and operatives and reinforced through toolbox talks on site and through continuous training. We can only achieve excellence in safety with the commitment of our employees and subcontractors following our safe systems of work and being proactive by planning operations, highlighting hazards and reporting near misses while at work. Our Health and Safety Manager has an open door policy regarding staff suggestions, encouraging all to put forward any relevant safety improvements as regards to theirs & others daily tasks.
All of our staff receive general safety training as well as specific task and product training, to help ensure a safe and friendly working environment. We are committed to carrying a fully trained workforce and all training is conducted in relation to the CITB training plans.
