Brocklesby Ltd, a family-owned company specialising in recycling and processing waste fats, oils, and food products, commissioned Roofclad Systems to refurbish the entire roof of their processing facility in North Cave. The refurbishment focused on extending the lifespan of the roof while ensuring readiness for future solar panel installation.

• The existing roof sheets were deteriorating, with small cracks and weathering.
• Fixings were rusted and corroded.
• The asbestos roof required safe removal and proper disposal.
• The client needed improved water management through upgraded guttering.

• Safely removed and disposed of the existing asbestos roof system, providing full waste transfer documentation.
• Installed 0.7mm single skin non-drip profile metal sheeting with side lap detail for strength and rigidity, manufactured from hot-dipped galvanised steel with 0.2mm PVC plastisol coating.
• Installed new 2mm galvanised gutter sections in existing brackets to optimise rainwater management.
• Roof designed to accommodate future solar panel installation.
• All works carried out in full compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
