Roofclad Systems was commissioned to refurbish the 20,000 sqm roof at Reginox UK Ltd’s headquarters. The works addressed ageing roof sheets, rooflights, and guttering causing water ingress and operational disruption.

• Deteriorating roof and rooflights leading to water ingress.
• Guttering in poor condition, affecting water management.
• Operations needed to continue with minimal disruption.

• Safely removed the outer roof sheeting and rooflights attached to an existing asbestos roof.
• Installed new 0.7 mm profile single-skin metal sheeting with side lap detail for strength and rigidity.
• Sheeting manufactured from hot-dipped galvanised steel with a 0.2 mm PVC plastisol outer coating.
• Replaced defective guttering with new galvanised metal gutters.
• Carefully planned operations to maintain site functionality and minimise disruption.
