Harbison Walker commissioned us to refurbish their aging roof, which featured Georgian wire glass and was causing water ingress that affected daily operations. The project was planned to allow factory production to continue uninterrupted.

The existing roof was failing and allowing water ingress, which disrupted operations. The client required a durable, long-term solution that improved waterproofing and maximised natural daylight without halting production.

Our team implemented a complete overcladding and rooflight replacement:

• Removed the existing glass and installed a modern, durable GRP system to increase natural daylight.
• Overclad the roof to ensure waterproofing and provide a refreshed appearance.
• Replaced guttering to improve water management.
• The works were delivered with minimal disruption, ensuring the factory remained fully operational throughout.
