Morgan Advanced Materials instructed us to refurbish their production facility, focusing on replacing the wall cladding while preserving the building’s original architectural features. The project also included full roof refurbishment and the installation of rooflights and guttering to improve performance and aesthetics.

The existing roof and wall cladding required replacement due to age and wear. The client needed to ensure the facility retained its architectural character while upgrading to a modern, compliant roofing and cladding system.

Our team carefully removed the old asbestos cement roof and existing wall cladding, then:

• Installed new Kingspan Composite Panels for both the walls and roof, designed to retain the building’s original design details.
• Fitted GRP double-skin rooflights to improve natural daylight.
• Replaced guttering to ensure reliable water management.
• The completed works provided a modern, fully compliant roof and cladding system while maintaining the building’s aesthetic character.
