Graypaul, a prestigious UK dealership specialising in Italian luxury sports cars, entrusted us with a comprehensive roof refurbishment at their state-of-the-art Nottingham facility. Appointed through Knight Frank in Manchester, the project required upgrading insulation, roof sheeting, rooflights and guttering to deliver an energy-efficient, high-performance roof system.

The existing roof no longer met modern energy performance standards and required a full refurbishment. The client needed a solution that would improve insulation, enhance natural light within the facility, and deliver efficient water management — all while maintaining the aesthetics and prestige associated with the Graypaul Ferrari brand.

Our team carried out the works with precision and close coordination:

• Removed the existing exterior roof sheeting.
• Installed quilt insulation with a minimum thickness of 270mm, in line with current Building Regulations.
• Added 0.7mm plastisol-coated outer weathering sheets to improve energy efficiency and durability.
• Installed Trilite Class 3 GRP rooflights to increase natural daylight in the facility.
• Upgraded guttering and water pipes to ensure effective water management.
• Through effective project management and value engineering, the roof replacement was delivered successfully, on time and within the allocated budget.
